Head of IT

 F&B group is seeking of an IT team head to lead strategic direction and oversee infrastructure, technology development, cybersecurity etc. for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Work as business partner and lead the IT team for the development and implementation of business transformation, information technology, security and data services throughout the organization;
• Develop strategic technology direction to implement software development and make sure the organization delivers products and services in an efficient and highly effective matter and user-centered;
• Working with multiple business units and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice;
• Prepare an IT roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities;
• Liaise with vendors and internal user for managing project schedule, work plan and expenditures;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information technology or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 10 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of technology, preferable from F&B or Retail industry;
• In depth knowledge of SAP and software development lifecycle management.  (Solid experience in POS system.)
• Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to lead and motivate others in accomplishing goals.
