Food Marketing Manager
Job Description
Our client is a well-known group in food retailing. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketer to join the team. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee multiple catering brands with consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and campaigns. Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the operation team to develop and execute marketing programs and promotions. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content. Optimize online presence to drive traffic and engagement.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events, VIP events, product launches, and promotional activities. Ensure successful execution and measure event outcomes.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Capable to work as an individual contributor as well as working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree Holder in Marketing or Business Studies. Minimum of 8 years of experience in all-round marketing and brand management within food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly flexible and strong adaptability.
- Innovative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Innovative thinker with strong business sense and analytical mind. Ability to develop creative marketing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
