Associate Finance Director, Listed Company

Our client is a HK listed company with business across retail, catering, wholesale and manufacturing in HK and China.  To cope with business expansion, they are inviting a high caliber to lead the Finance and Accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations and manage group financial reporting for all regions.
• Review and enhance internal control procedures and policies to facilitate smooth operation.
• Lead a sizable team to perform financial reports and consolidation, annual and interim report, announcements for group and its subsidiaries.
• Perform cost control, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Provide professional financial advise through insightful financial analysis for important business decision.
• Ensure the compliance of statuary requirements and listed rules.
• Drive implementation of systems to facilitate automate financial processes.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting.  
• Qualified HKICPA / ACCA.
• 15 years of relevant working experience with 5 years of managerial experience from listed companies.
• Strong in team leadership.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, taxation regulations and accounting standard.  Hands-on in interim and annual report preparation.
• Experience from retail, trading, manufacturing, hospitality, catering industry would be an advantage.  Good at handling high volume of transactions and strong in cost control.
• High proficiency in computer skills.  Experience in SAP highly preferable. 
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
