Job Description

A luxury retail brand is seeking for a Brand Manager to manage strategic business plan for their brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise strategic plans to manage multiple assigned brands. Plan and drive seasonal brand campaigns and product launches; formulate brand business plans and drive results. Lead and implement brand building and marketing strategies. 
  • Build strong partnership and rapport with brand partners and sales teams. 
  • Support the brand building and business development of in-house/ OEM/ license brands. 
  • Review business contract terms, conduct business analysis on product categories and pricing. Formulate sales targets and sales promotions. Review effectiveness of campaigns and promotions. 
  • Work with brand principal and internal sales team to develop product selling strategy;
  • Responsible for seasonal customer engagement campaigns.
  •  Conduct shop visits to retail stores. Monitor competition and market trends in order to elevate marketing positioning and service standard. 
  • Actively engaged in cross-department projects and drive corporate initiatives.

Requirement: 

  • Degree holder in Business studies, marketing, or relevant discipline. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, product management from retail business. 
  • Exposure in luxury / premium brand / cosmetics/ skincare / handbags/ fashion / eyewear / accessories.   
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills. 
  • Energetic, motivated and self-driven. 
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
