Butler / Personal Assistant ($50-60K/month)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly professional Butler / Personal Assistant to provide exceptional service to the Chairman and his family, ensuring the smooth management of household affairs. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide guidance to lead a team of household staff and domestic helpers to run daily household duties as requested by family members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality maintenance of the residence.
• Arrange and oversee formal gatherings, dinners, and social events, ensuring impeccable service and hospitality.
• Oversee household inventory, maintain supplies for daily needs, and ensure luxury items are properly stored and cared for.
• Safeguard the family’s privacy and uphold discretion in all matters.
• Handle unexpected needs, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address concerns to ensure a seamless household experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree holder preferred.
• Proven experience as a Butler or Personal Assistant and people management skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• High integrity and a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working for elite households, a five-star hotel as a butler or serving influential families would be an advantage.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work schedule and ability to multitask effectively.
• Able to accommodate a 6-day work week.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
