Job Description

A well-established group in retail and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operation and business performance of each business unit.
  • Handle group consolidation and audited financial statements of individual companies;
  • Assist in group interim announcement and financial reporting, annual financial statements and schedules to ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations of listed company.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts of individual subsidiary and statutory audited report.
  • Prepare presentation of financial performance to the management;
  • Constantly communicate with PRC manufacturing unit and collaborate with finance team to drive efficient accounting and finance operation for the group.
  • Handle tax return of individual companies and tax related matters, including tax planning.

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA)
  • At least 4 years of commercial financial experience, preferably within Retail or F&B industry.  HK listed company experience highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience with PRC related manufacturing firm.
  • Detail-minded, self-initiated, able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
