General Manager, Manufacturing

Our client is one branded and leading manufacturing company in the world.  They are currently looking for high caliber to lead the manufacturing and business operation in HK manufacturing site.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee the daily business and manufacturing operations
• Ensure the whole operation is in smooth run and in compliance with Asia Headquarters and statutory requirements
• Develop long- term and short-term business goals and objectives in order to maximize the profit
• Aim to drive the improvement of the manufacturing efficiency
• Optimal the utilization of manufacturing facilities and monitor the manufacturing cost
• Oversee the manufacturing activities to maximum effectiveness for the production of quality products
• Ensure the company is complying with different quality and safety system and standard including ISO 9001, environmental management system ISO 14001, etc

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in any disciplines, subjects in chemistry, mechanic engineering and/or other relevant will be an advantage
• Minimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations with latest years serving in senior level
• Strong leadership and management skills to enforce company-wide policies
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with strong business sense
•  Able to communicate in both Cantonese, English and Mandarin, best to have another language skills like Korean or Japanese
