Leasing Officer / Sr. Leasing Officer, Retail

Our client is one of Hong Kong’s largest and most respected real estate developers, renowned for its extensive portfolio of landmark shopping malls, office towers, and mixed‑use developments. To cope with expansion, they are inviting a high caliber in leasing operation and management to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Manage daily leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, tenancy administration, and rental negotiations to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and prospective tenants for inspections, enquiries, and deal closures.
• Work closely with business unit heads and mall management teams to resolve operational issues, optimize tenant mix, and support business strategies.
• Prepare vacancy lists, leasing proposals, tenancy agreements, and regular management reports; maintain accurate leasing records and databases.
• Negotiate renewals and build long-term partnerships with tenants, ensuring alignment with mall positioning and customer experience.
• Actively source new tenants, introducing innovative concepts and brands to enhance the shopping mall’s competitiveness and appeal.
• Support premises takeovers and handovers, coordinate fit-out works, and ensure smooth tenant onboarding.
• Contribute to projects such as promotional allowance proposals, tenant retention programs, and initiatives to address high turnover in F&B tenants.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support overall leasing and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Preferably 2-3 years of solid experience in property leasing, preferably in retail or shopping mall environments. Less experience candidates will be consider as Officer.
• Proficient in leasing management systems;
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; good PC literacy.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, detail-minded, and energetic with passion in the leasing field.
