Retail Operations Manager

A European fashion brand is seeking an energetic and retail enthusiast to join the retail team and lead sales and operations in Hong Kong and Macau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective retail sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise frontline retail teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and consistently meet sales targets.
• Monitor and manage retail manpower allocation to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive business growth, including monitoring inventory levels and ensuring effective visual merchandising.
• Design and implement strategic promotions, incentive programs, and campaigns to boost sales performance.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management to enhance team capability and service standards.
• Oversee operational cost control to align with company objectives and profitability goals.
• Support business development initiatives to capture new opportunities and expand market presence.
• Prepare and present business reports, performance analyses, and management presentations to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-store (over 10) retail operations management experience, preferably in fashion items or apparel.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive business performance.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Results-oriented, detail-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Highly committed and willing to go extra-miles to achieve goals.
