Job Description

Our client is a global supplier of electronic products.  They are seeking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join the team in supporting sales professional to fulfill business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of duties related to sales order processing in a timely manner including but not limited to pre-sales and post-sales supports.
  • Communicate closely with stakeholders including but not limited to the clients, internal departments and suppliers on clients’ enquiries and requirements
  • Receive and process purchase orders from sales professionals
  • Coordinate with sales team as well as the suppliers for the purchase orders
  • Liaise and follow up actively for the progress of orders, delivery schedule and related arrangement with internal departments and suppliers to uphold customer satisfaction
  • Collect and analyse information to provide support for sales professionals
  • Update and maintain the customer information and price list in database 
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in sales, delivery, and payment status
  • Follow up status of customer payment 
  • Prepare data and compile monthly sales reports
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor for candidate with potential 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 to 3 years related experience in the function of Sales Support or Order processing
  • A good team player with pleasant ,outgoing personality and good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, able to work under pressure and handle multitasking assignment
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) applications and Chinese Word processing
  • Experience in using Oracle or ERP system is an advantage
