Senior Visual Merchandiser
Job Description
An international lifestyle fashion brand is seeking high caliber to join the retail team and contribute in visual merchandising development for the stores in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
• Define creative direction and establish concepts for seasonal and thematic visual merchandising campaigns.
• Develop and implement compelling in-store product displays and promotional VM executions that enhance brand image and customer engagement.
• Partner with external vendors and suppliers to oversee the production and delivery of all VM materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit and maintain high-quality visual presentation across all retail locations.
• Manage photography, digital content creation, and video production for in-store assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
• Diploma or above in the discipline of Art / Design / Architecture / fashion design.
• Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience within the retail sector, preferably fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and 3D design applications.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for presentations and reporting.
• Prior experience in developing innovative in-store concepts is highly advantageous.
• Highly independent, creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance artistic vision with commercial objectives.
