Head of Marketing, FMCG Brand
Job Description
Our client is a global market leader in the food industry, they are inviting a passionate and dynamic marketing professional to lead marketing strategies for the Hong Kong market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the key driver to sustain the brand as a market leader. Develop effective strategies that contribute to the success of business performance through managing full spectrum marketing plans for product positioning, product portfolio, market penetration, pricing, advertising and promotion to achieve targets on EBIT and market share goals.
- Research on trends and consumer behavior. Drive marketing plans to capture opportunities and tackle market competition.
- Monitor and control advertising and commercial budget. Evaluate media buy and planning to ensure its effectiveness.
- Present marketing ideas to regional headquarter and share best practice with countries.
- Manage creative agencies to achieve digital excellence to precisely reach target audience.
- Work with R&D and initiate NPD and new packaging projects based on consumer insights and market needs. Be a leader and drive cross-functional team to manage project from concept stage to actual product launch.
- Lead and coach team member to achieve business goals.
- Ensure all communications comply with regulations and company objective.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
- Min. 8-10 years management experience in marketing with exposure from multinational FMCG or F&B companies
- Strong in strategic planning and possess acute business acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Capable to work with all levels and collaborate internally and externally.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Exposure in China market is an added value.
