Job Description

Our client is a reputable supplier of advanced industrial material. They have a new headcount in the HR supporting team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Manager to support all round human resources function in Hong Kong office.
  • Assist in payroll calculation. Familiarize commission scheme to ensure accurate payment to staff.
  • Support recruitment process including sourcing of talents, job advertisement posting, screen of CV, interview appointments arrangement etc.
  • Manage pension scheme issues such as MPF contribution and updates.
  • Support other HR administrative staff as necessary.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience. Fresh graduates with passion in human resources field will also be considered.
  • Strong in communication skills and figures. Experience in payroll calculation is a plus.
  • Sense of ownership, fast-learner, proactive and willing to accept challenges.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
