Job Description

Our client is a listed company with diversified business in retail, trading and manufacturing. They are seeking for a Personal Assistant to support the Executive Director’s daily business activities.

Responsibilities:                                                                                        

  • Provides full secretarial support Executive Director, including but not limited to the areas of business communication, social functions, personal & external appointments.
  • Responsible for calendar management and update any changes immediately.  Remind Executive Director of the upcoming events and appointments.
  • Work with internal team members to coordinate business meetings, trips, private or public events.
  • Capable to handle multi-tasks and comfortable to interact with people at all levels.
  • Attend meetings, draft correspondence, memorandum, speech, and preparation for meeting materials such as agenda, minutes, presentation slides (both Chinese and English required).
  • Demonstrates a high standard in all forms of communication, written and verbal, and maintain good relationship with business partners, stakeholders and other association / government representatives;
  • Maintain proper documents filing and record keeping.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments timely and professionally as required.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum of 8-10 years’ relevant experience in sizable organization listed company in similar capacity.  Experience serving Senior Executive / C-level / Chairman / Executive Director is essential.
  • Proactive, good time management and excellent organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities effectively;
  • Possess high sense of integrity, able to work independently, good attention to details and able to work under pressure, good team player;
  • Be sensitive to confidentiality.  Demonstrate strict confidence in handling information.
  • Highly flexible, presentable, independent, response in an efficient & professional manner;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, figures sensitive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
