Job Description

Our client is a listed-company. We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for the office and provide vital administrative support to the team. This role combines front‑desk responsibilities with back‑office coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Reception
    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; manage incoming emails and correspondence.
    • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Administrative Support
    • Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and room bookings.
    • Assist in preparing documents and courier handling as needed
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
    • Assist with filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Operational Assistance
    • Support HR and staff communications.
    • Provide ad‑hoc support to different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work alternate Saturdays.
