Senior IT Manager
Job Description
Our client is a leading FMCG company with business in retail and manufacturing in HK and China. They would like to invite an expertise in IT Project Management to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement IT and business solution strategies. Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Responsible for the ERP system development to meet with long term business objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, including senior management levels, business teams, IT teams on key design principles and decisions.
- Identify and provide professional advices to business units and deliver effective IT solutions to address business needs
- Oversee project life cycle, including system upgrades and migration, requirement study, solution design, system go-live, user training and continuous review to ensure its effectiveness to support the business operation
- Compile regular and ad hoc IT management report for senior management review.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for project management. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or related disciplines
- 8 years or above with relevant experience from FMCG, retail / manufacturing industries are highly preferred
- Experience in China-based company is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Good team player and strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
